The sold goods of accessories are returned in case of non-use or opening the box and are replaced in case of any defect in them. All Apple products are under warranty with ifix. Other devices and accessories contact us to inform the agent customer. All products are under warranty except for all types of protections. The process of replacing any product is within 7 days in case the product box is not opened. In case of payment by Visa, the payment transaction return is as follows
